This is a document where you notify the state that you have made some structural improvement (construction) on a property. This statement must be constituted in a public deed.

  • Construction license with the note that it has been adjudicated.

  • Certificate of tradition and freedom.
  • Blueprints.
  • This process must be done by the owner of the property.

You must submit this statement within 60 business days after you have made the changes to your property.

For the purposes of fiscal costs, changes or improvements to a property must be registered separately from the deed of the same, since at the time of sale and/or appraisal, the physical characteristics of the property must be updated with supporting evidence.
