What is the authentication of a registered signature?

This authentication consists of registering the signature of the interested party, the legal representative of a foundation, a corporation, a business or being a legal person in general, so that any document signed by that person can be authenticated by the notary.


  • Chamber of Commerce certificate, if applicable.
  • Photocopy of ID.
  • Copy of the professional card.


How do I register my signature?

You only have to present your original National ID Card. If you are a legal representative or legal entity you must attach a Chamber of Commerce certificate. If you are a university professional, a photocopy of your identity card and professional card are required. This procedure has no value.
